The city is also much more modern and contains many galleries, restaurants, museums and traditional Mexican architecture. For tequila lovers Guadalajara should be your first stop as tequila is the drink of choice.

The geography of Mexico is so varied that you will not have any trouble finding something to do. You can visit the desert to the north, the volcanic are in the center and the rainforests to the south.
