Gaining the trust of customers

February 4th, 2010

Everyday around the world, people are constantly in need of a service provided that may transport their packages from one destination to the other.  In answer to this need, air Canada freight is steadily upgrading their strategies and techniques to cater to deal with their customers’ need.

in addition, this freight service is also expanding in different parts of the world.  The reason is because it is vital that even far off places have their own reliable air freight provider.

What folks are looking in an air freight provider?
1.  Trustworthiness.

people want their packages to be handled and delivered properly.  The reason being because they want their packages to arrive at its destination in the same condition that is sent.  That is why folks want their service provider to be reliable.

Gaining the trust of customers isn’t that straightforward.  They’re always looking out for another that may is better than what they have already.  But then, after they know that no other company can do what theirs are capable of, that is the time when they will be converted to devoted consumers.

Showing the customers how trustworthy you are will gain more repeat clients.  In addition, they are likely to suggest you to people who could be wanting the same service.

two.  Good price.

When people think of air freight services, the first thing that comes to mind is the price .  Thanks to the nature of the business, it’s a common misconception that it is dear and that not everyone can afford them.

With the numerous competing air freight services now available, there are unexpected changes in the price already.  Before, customers need to pay for the customs fee or rates that are converted depending on the destination.

these days, you can simply choose one supplier that offers the best service at the best price.

3.  Speed of service.

There are air freight services that do not agree to the guaranteed time of delivery.  This is what irritates consumers the most.  Before you know it, they will be attempting to find another supplier that delivers what they are saying they’ll.

the velocity of service is one of the urgent factors required in an air freight service provider.  That is the original purpose of the packages after all.  It can be spotted the speed of the delivery should not compromise the standard of the package.  These 2 should go hand in hand.  Without the other, it can never work.

4.  Far reaching.

Ever been in a situation wherein your supplier didn’t accept your package because they do not serve that certain destination?  This will really irritate customers.

Packages are sent not only on usual locations and famous places.  There also are vital materials or things that should be sent to locations that are just as critical.

The air freight service supplier should know have a comprehensive knowledge about important places that aren’t the usual point of delivery.  There should have one or two employees who should concentrate on the familiarization of different localities.

Air Canada freight is aware of what people want in their service provider.  This is the explanation why there are constant updates on how best to boost the tools, machines and the personnel that they have.  If this means that they are going to be on top of the list of air freight provider, then all of the effort will be worthwhile.

Would you like to see these animals on your holiday to Canada?

January 21st, 2010

After i had said that these animals all lived in Canada, everyone looked at me like i was weird. It did feel as though not many of the people I asked even knew where Canada was.

I was having a discussion with a friend one day about Polar Bears, when I told him that they lived also in Canada, he looked at me funny. I then had to take him to a computer and show him the Polar bear Capital of the world. Churchill is where a mass of Polar bears all pass through to get to where they want to settle. There are about 15,000 polar bears in North Canada, probably more than many people think. There are around twelve hundred Polar Bears that traipse through the Town of Churchill each year at fall.

Now we come to the cunning weasel, and to be honest for me the main reason these animals are so great is simply because I think there is no other that can be collectively called a Boogle! In fact Weasels can be found almost all over the world, with Australia and Antarctica as the exception. The Weasel is considered by many to be a cunning creature and is found all over Canada, they eat small rodents. Those that consider them vermin couldn’t be more wrong, especially when they help to dispose of rats and rabbits, much like ferrets.

This one is quite an obvious one, or at least I thought so, almost all of the people i asked didn’t know that it lived in Canada, maybe it is just the people i asked? The Biggy is the Walrus, now when you think that they have measured up to six and a half metres they are a bit bigger than a Polar bear. The Walrus hase very large and strong Ivory tusks that are used in nasty conflict and to scare off any predators. They were once in trouble of becoming extinct, but since laws have been introduced to stop their being hunted, their population has recently boomed.

So does any of this make you want to go on Canada holidays, I am off on Vancouver holidays all next year, and will be taking as many pictures of animals and wildlife as possible, Canada tours are my forte!

Does Vancouver have one of the oldest civilizations known to man?

January 21st, 2010

The first country recognised for having some of the most ancient civilizations is Egypt, and now it has a contender. There are a couple of places that we cannot be too sure about, but one contender is Canada?

In Vancouver it has recently been unearthed that Aborigines may have lived here up to 10,000 years ago. The Ecosystem was so diverse that there is great evidence to show that these people could have lived quite well. The ecosystem around Vancouver at this time is shown to have the properties required to support human like life. The ability to hunt for food would be very easy. The Coast Salish was the name of the aborigines that would have lived around this time, and it is said that they could have some descendants around even now.

However like every other country in the world, Vancouver evolved, once discovered by Europeans, industrialisation was begun. Jose Maria Narvaez sailed past the place which would become Vancouver but didn’t actually stop to survey or map it out.

A man named George Vancouver mapped out and surveyed most of the area where Vancouver was going to be built, so it was aptly named after him. After surveying and patrolling this area for many years, it was named after him a hundred years later. New Westminster was then named as the capital of British Columbia in 1859. In 1866 the place known as British Columbia is united with Vancouver to create this city.

Vancouver is a very well respected city across the planet, because it is considered by a lot of people to be one of the most culturally and religiously diverse in the world. There are more than fifty percent of people that have a first language that isn’t English. Vancouver is now home to many famous sports events and famous people and was once home to one of the biggest Gold Rushes in the world, the Klondike gold rush..

So are you searching for great Canada holidays this year, or just a vacation in general, well if you like history, then surely Vancouver holidays have to be on your to do’s, if not then why not Toronto holidays!
