Gay Travel To Costa Rica Where All Are Welcomed

If you are thinking to take a holiday with your same sex partner you will want somewhere you will be welcomed and not feel shunned by the local community. There are a lot of gay couples who decide on a gay vacation to Costa Rica for that reason, among the other fact of the excellent nightlife, food and friendly locals.

Gay couples are more accepted than in many other countries especially considering that 80% of the population are Roman Catholic. Although you would be unable to have a civil partnership legally in that country you could honeymoon there and be well catered for.

In addition to the other reasons for going to Coats Rica you will realize that there have been hardly any incidents in the country that have been from homophobic people. All are welcoming unless they feel threatened or that they have been highly disrespected.

The age of consent for gay couples is 18 and this stands for heterosexual couples too. If you require an escort service there are companies that cater for both heterosexual couples and same sex couples so everyone can have the holiday you want.

A place that has been pin pointed and where many same sex couples return to year after year is San-Jose, which has been proven by the amount of homosexual couples have chosen to move out there as well as buying holiday homes. This and the surrounding areas are where the gay community is at it’s strongest.

When you decide to holiday to Costa Rica you will see that it is one of the friendliest most welcoming places on earth, so leave all inhibitions at home and go enjoy yourself.  It is certain to become one of your favorite gay friendly travel destinations.
