Most guest desiring to visit Disney World either choose to stay in a hotel near Disney World or a Disney vacation pool home; however, there is another option for guest to choose and that is Disney condos. 2) Space- All the Disney condos are very spacious. In fact, the average two bedroom condo is over 650 square feet and every bedroom adds another 250 square feet. The condos offer a lot more space as compared an Orlando hotel room, where the average living space is less than 435 square feet.
3) 2 or More Full Baths- This is huge especially if you have three or more people in your party. Have you ever stayed in a hotel and found that the cramped conditions made it difficult to get dressed in the morning? Staying in a Disney condo takes care of this problem since all the condos offer at least two full baths so more than one person can be showering and getting dressed at one time.

5) Cost per Night- The Disney World condos are typically less than an Orlando hotel room…the nightly rates are around $ 70 a night for a 2 bedroom unit. Most Kissimmee hotels nightly rates average between $ 85 a night.
