Traveling with Teens to Disney

One of the best attractions for teens is Space Mountain. While there are no crazy loop-de-loops or drops, this ride takes place totally in the dark. Your teen will be overwhelmed with excitement and want to do it all over again.

Another exciting roller coaster than many teens seem to gravitate to is Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. This old-timey coaster rattles you around as it pulls you through a little scenic mining town. The creatures of this ride had an extreme eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect. Your teen will love feeling like they have just been whisked away to the 1800’s on this unique ride.

If it’s a hot summer day, there’s nothing quite like experiencing an extreme 52-foot drop into a huge splash of water. This is why so many teenagers love Splash Mountain. It’ll provide a quick relief from the hot Florida sun and they’ll be screaming in glee as Mom gets her hair wet!

Attractions to See in Kissimmee Florida

You have seen all of the sights there are in Disney World and now want to move on and explore other parts of the sunshine state. What better place to see them than in Kissimmee Florida. There are many hotels in Kissimmee Florida for you to choose from and that way you will be close to the attractions that you came there to see. Of course just like the hotels in Lake Buena Vista you will still be close enough to the action in Orlando to keep your Disney addiction satisfied.

Kissimmee is a small town in the Orlando metro area that is in and out of the way place and offers a small town feel with plenty of entertainment to keep you from being bored. The city offers outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and fishing but also offers quite a night life as well as shopping and other events.

If you are a lover of the supernatural you have to take the ghost tour in Kissimmee. It is 90 minutes and you will love the stories of murder and mystery that are told to entertain you along the famous tours. The town has many tales to tell and who knows maybe you will see some of its ghost along your walk.

Once you have done your ghost tour and gone back to your hotel in Kissimmee Florida you could also head out for a hot air balloon ride. One of the towns best attractions you can look out over the gorgeous scenery of not only Kissimmee but Orlando as well. When you land you can take part in the all you can eat brunch and the champagne toast.

Now if you decided that you preferred the hotels in Lake Buena Vista then you can always travel the little way to go to the parks in Kissimmee. The Kissimmee Lakefront Park offers jogging trails and many other attractions to keep you and the kids relaxed and entertained for the day.
